This is written in plain English on purpose. It covers aiansweragency.com and the phone lines we operate.

What we collect

• What you send us: if you use the contact form, we get the fields you fill in — name, phone number, trade, and any note. The form is delivered to our email by a form-relay service.
• Calls: calls to and from our lines may be answered by an AI agent and may be recorded and transcribed — for quality, training your agent, and resolving disputes about what was said or booked.
• Basic technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested). We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

What we use it for

• Calling or texting you back about the thing you asked about.
• Providing the services you hire us for (answering lines, routing leads, reporting).
• Keeping records both sides can rely on if there's ever a disagreement.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information. Ever.
• We don't add you to marketing lists because you asked a question.
• We don't share your info except with the service providers needed to operate (hosting, form delivery, telephony/AI voice, call tracking) — and they only get what's needed to do their job.

Retention & your choices

We keep inquiries and call records as long as they're useful for service and record-keeping, then delete them. Want your info corrected or deleted? Email rufus@aiansweragency.com and it's handled.

Calls may be recorded

By staying on a call with one of our lines after the greeting, you consent to the call being handled by AI and recorded where the law requires notice or consent.
